Every year, Gujarat State Tourism Department Limited hosts the resplendent Rann Utsav, also known as the Rann of Kutch festival (November 01 to February 20 this year). It’s a rich tribute to the Kutchi people and their culture – the several tribal communities, handicraft traditions, indigenous cuisine, heritage structures and sprawling wildlife.
